Ohio Special Response SAR Team Helps Locate Missing Teen

The Ohio Special Response Search and Rescue Team thanks the Uniontown, Ohio Police Department for allowing us to manage the on-site incident command post during efforts to locate their missing teen - 12 – 13 April, 2019.

We would also like to thank the 200+ individuals and the five K-9 teams who stepped up to the plate to help us by investing their time and emotions in bringing this search to a successful conclusion.

Mission accomplished: TEEN LOCATED SAFE AND SOUND!

Members of the Ohio Special Response Search and Rescue Team utilize Reflex Tasking, coupled with Lost Person Behavioral Analysis, to streamline and focus search incidents. In many cases, our techniques, based on a study of over 50,000 lost individuals around to world, allows us to narrow down a given search area, drastically increasing the odds of successfully locating the lost individual.

There are currently more than 600 missing children in our state. (https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/MissingKids ) Please help locate these children!
